We may collect personally identifiable information about you, such as your full name, your email address, your telephone number and your IP.

We use the information we collect to operate and maintain our site, to respond to any queries you might have, and possibly add you to our mailing list. No personally identifiable information which, according to article 9 of GDPR 2016/679, may reveal your ethnic origin or political opinions, your religious ideas or membership to any union, in addition to genetic information, biometric data which identify a specific individual and no data about your health or sexual orientation is processed or collected.

The data is processed by the data controller in Italy. Any data collected through the website is hosted on servers based in Italy.

6) Who processes your data

Your data will be processed by the SynergyPlus partners.
Any data provided by you may be communicated only to third parties for which there may be an obligation to do so by law or the need to do so to protect your rights.

7) How long we will store your data

Your data will be processed only for the minimum time needed to provide the service requested by you or as required by the purposes outlined in this document.
You may request your data to be cancelled or stop being processed at any time.

The data controller will not transfer your data to third countries or other international organisations.

Pursuant to art. 6 of GDPR 2016/679, you may withdraw your consent at any moment.

11) How to lodge a complaint

Pursuant to article 77 of GDPR 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

12) Automated decision-making processes

The data controller shall not process data using automated decision-making processes as per art. 22, par. 1 and 4 of GDPR 2016/679.
